Rachel lives with her single mother, Nancy. Her father was tragically killed in a traffic accident in 2010. This event has taken a great toll on the financial well being of this family.
Rachel is a very smart and vivacious girl. She started having seizures after the death of her father. After extensive medical observation at HHFL, it was confirmed that she suffers from epilepsy. She also displays some concentration problems and has trouble interacting with other kids. Despite this, she does quite well at school and loves looking at picture books and coloring. She likes numbers, playing computer games and playing the piano keyboard
